Shipping policy
We aim to post orders within five to seven working days for all orders.
All deliveries within the UK are tracked and signed for via Royal Mail and charged at the cost displayed at checkout
We will always inform you when your order has been dispatched. However, we are unable to advise you on when your order is expected to be delivered. There is no guarantee on delivery timeframes. It is the customers responsibility to ensure the shipping address you provide is accurate and correct. We will not be responsible for orders dispatched to incorrect/incomplete addresses. Furthermore, we will not be responsible for orders that have not been collected at the shipping address or at the local postal/sorting office.
Please note, we will not be responsible or liable for any undelivered orders which are a result of incorrect shipping details being provided to us by customers. For such cases, we will submit a claim to Royal Mail and will only be able to return any funds to you which are issued to us by Royal Mail. This process can take up to 28 days from the date a claim to Royal Mail is submitted and their refund policy normally only covers the shipping costs.
